Center Terms & Conditions

1. Platform Nature
EazyNet CRM / eZ Tech CRM is an independent software platform for service centers to manage customers, documents, billing, communication, workflow tracking, and assisted status verification. The Platform acts only as a technology facilitator and does not own, operate, control, approve, reject, issue, or modify any Government or third-party service, certificate, application, portal, API, or decision.
2. No Government Affiliation
EazyNet CRM is not affiliated with, endorsed by, authorized by, sponsored by, or officially connected with TNeGA, Tamil Nadu Government, Government of India, CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd., UIDAI, Passport Seva, NSDL, UTIITSL, PAN service providers, or any Government department/authority unless specifically declared in writing.
3. Feature Availability
Features including Assisted Status Check, Public Status Verification, Smart Status Lookup, WhatsApp messaging, billing, import/export, website integration, APIs, and automation tools depend on external portals, third-party services, permissions, policies, internet availability, and technical access. The Platform does not guarantee lifetime availability, 100% uptime, permanent portal/API access, uninterrupted service, or error-free automation.
4. Public Status Verification
Certain tools may help centers verify status using publicly accessible verification pages based on customer-provided acknowledgement numbers, application numbers, reference IDs, or similar details. The Platform does not bypass authentication systems, CAPTCHA/security restrictions, restricted APIs, or unauthorized access controls. Centers must use these tools only when authorized by the customer/applicant.
5. Center Responsibility
The Center is solely responsible for customer data entered, uploaded documents, service requests, applications submitted, billing records, service charges, staff actions, customer communication, customer consent, and legal compliance. The Platform shall not be responsible for wrong data entry, fake documents, customer disputes, rejected applications, delayed approvals, or Government/third-party portal decisions.
6. Customer Consent
Before using customer mobile numbers, identity details, documents, or reference numbers in the CRM, the Center confirms that valid customer consent has been obtained for service processing, status verification, billing, WhatsApp/SMS/phone communication, and follow-up. The Center must maintain proof of such consent.
7. Aadhaar & Sensitive Data
The Center shall comply with UIDAI and applicable Indian laws while handling Aadhaar or sensitive identity information. Full Aadhaar numbers must not be unnecessarily displayed, printed, exported, shared, or stored without lawful purpose and customer consent. Biometric information must not be stored in the Platform. Aadhaar should be masked wherever possible.
8. Prohibited Activities
The Center shall not use the Platform for fraud, fake applications, fake documents, unauthorized submissions, spam, harassment, identity misuse, hacking, reverse engineering, vulnerability scanning, unauthorized API usage, CAPTCHA bypass, aggressive scraping, bulk abusive automation, server overload, payment abuse, or unauthorized access.
9. Third-Party / Government Portal Changes
Government and third-party portals may change workflows, add security restrictions, change APIs/session methods, block automation, restrict access, or suspend services without notice. EazyNet CRM is not responsible for sync failures, status mismatches, delays, downtime, portal restrictions, login issues, external API removal, or data inconsistency caused by such external systems.
10. Communication Policy
WhatsApp/SMS/email/phone communication must be used only for legitimate service-related purposes and with customer consent. The Center is responsible for message content, customer consent, and compliance with applicable messaging/telecom rules. Delivery failures caused by WhatsApp, SMS gateways, telecom networks, or customer devices are outside Platform control.
11. Payments & Refunds
Subscription payments provide access only for the selected plan duration. Payments are non-refundable, including unused subscription period, feature changes, external portal/API changes, user mistakes, account suspension due to violation, or technical limitations outside Platform control. Pricing and plans may be updated from time to time.
12. Suspension & Termination
EazyNet CRM may suspend, restrict, freeze, terminate, or blacklist any account without prior notice in case of fraud, fake documents, suspicious activity, customer complaints, Government/legal notice, cybersecurity threat, payment abuse, data misuse, or violation of these terms.
13. Limitation of Liability
EazyNet CRM shall not be liable for Government application rejection, business loss, customer disputes, indirect damages, third-party failures, portal downtime, data delay, or service interruption. Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the subscription amount paid by the Center for the active billing period.
14. Indemnity
The Center agrees to indemnify and hold harmless EazyNet CRM, its owners, staff, vendors, and affiliates from claims, penalties, legal notices, privacy complaints, cyber incidents, customer disputes, fraudulent submissions, or misuse arising from the Center’s or its staff’s actions.
15. Acceptance
By registering, logging in, subscribing, making payment, or continuing to use the Platform, the Center agrees to these Terms & Conditions and future updates.

1. தளத்தின் தன்மை
EazyNet CRM / eZ Tech CRM என்பது service centers-க்கு customers, documents, billing, communication, workflow tracking மற்றும் assisted status verification போன்ற பணிகளை நிர்வகிக்க உதவும் independent software platform ஆகும். இந்த Platform ஒரு technology facilitator மட்டுமே. எந்த Government/third-party service, certificate, application, portal, API அல்லது decision-ஐ நாங்கள் own/operate/control/approve/reject/issue/modify செய்யவில்லை.
2. அரசு தொடர்பு இல்லை
EazyNet CRM, TNeGA, Tamil Nadu Government, Government of India, CSC e-Governance Services India Ltd., UIDAI, Passport Seva, NSDL, UTIITSL, PAN service providers அல்லது எந்த Government department/authority உடனும் officially affiliated/endorsed/authorized/sponsored/connected அல்ல; எழுத்து மூலமாக அறிவிக்கப்பட்டால் மட்டும் விதிவிலக்கு.
3. வசதிகளின் கிடைக்கும் நிலை
Assisted Status Check, Public Status Verification, Smart Status Lookup, WhatsApp messaging, billing, import/export, website integration, APIs மற்றும் automation tools போன்ற வசதிகள் external portals, third-party services, permissions, policies, internet availability மற்றும் technical access மீது சார்ந்திருக்கும். Lifetime availability, 100% uptime, permanent portal/API access, uninterrupted service அல்லது error-free automation ஆகியவற்றுக்கு Platform guarantee வழங்காது.
4. Public Status Verification
சில tools customer கொடுத்த acknowledgement number, application number, reference ID போன்றவற்றை பயன்படுத்தி publicly accessible verification pages மூலம் status பார்க்க உதவலாம். Platform authentication systems, CAPTCHA/security restrictions, restricted APIs அல்லது unauthorized access controls-ஐ bypass செய்யாது. Customer/applicant authorization இருந்தால் மட்டுமே Center இந்த tools-ஐ பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
5. Center பொறுப்பு
Customer data, uploaded documents, service requests, applications, billing records, service charges, staff actions, customer communication, customer consent மற்றும் legal compliance ஆகிய அனைத்திற்கும் Center முழுப் பொறுப்பு. Wrong data entry, fake documents, customer disputes, rejected applications, delayed approvals அல்லது Government/third-party portal decisions-க்கு Platform பொறுப்பல்ல.
6. Customer Consent
Customer mobile number, identity details, documents அல்லது reference numbers-ஐ CRM-ல் பயன்படுத்துவதற்கு முன் service processing, status verification, billing, WhatsApp/SMS/phone communication மற்றும் follow-up-க்கு customer consent பெற்றுள்ளதாக Center உறுதி செய்கிறது. அந்த consent proof-ஐ Center maintain செய்ய வேண்டும்.
7. Aadhaar & Sensitive Data
Aadhaar அல்லது sensitive identity information-ஐ handle செய்யும் போது Center UIDAI மற்றும் பொருந்தும் Indian laws-ஐ பின்பற்ற வேண்டும். Full Aadhaar number தேவையில்லாமல் display/print/export/share/store செய்யக் கூடாது. Biometric information Platform-ல் store செய்யக் கூடாது. முடிந்தவரை masked Aadhaar மட்டும் பயன்படுத்த வேண்டும்.
8. தடைசெய்யப்பட்ட செயல்கள்
Fraud, fake applications, fake documents, unauthorized submissions, spam, harassment, identity misuse, hacking, reverse engineering, vulnerability scanning, unauthorized API usage, CAPTCHA bypass, aggressive scraping, bulk abusive automation, server overload, payment abuse அல்லது unauthorized access ஆகியவற்றுக்கு Platform பயன்படுத்தக் கூடாது.
9. Third-Party / Government Portal மாற்றங்கள்
Government மற்றும் third-party portals எந்த நேரத்திலும் workflows மாற்றலாம், security restrictions add செய்யலாம், API/session methods மாற்றலாம், automation block செய்யலாம், access restrict செய்யலாம் அல்லது services suspend செய்யலாம். இதனால் ஏற்படும் sync failures, status mismatches, delays, downtime, portal restrictions, login issues, external API removal அல்லது data inconsistency-க்கு EazyNet CRM பொறுப்பல்ல.
10. Communication Policy
WhatsApp/SMS/email/phone communication legitimate service-related purpose-க்கும் customer consent உடனும் மட்டுமே பயன்படுத்தப்பட வேண்டும். Message content, customer consent மற்றும் messaging/telecom rules compliance-க்கு Center பொறுப்பு. WhatsApp, SMS gateway, telecom network அல்லது customer device காரணமான delivery failures Platform control-க்கு வெளியே உள்ளது.
11. Payments & Refunds
Subscription payment தேர்ந்தெடுத்த plan duration-க்கு மட்டும் access வழங்கும். Unused period, feature changes, external portal/API changes, user mistakes, violation காரணமான suspension அல்லது Platform control-க்கு வெளியான technical limitations ஆகிய சூழல்களிலும் payments non-refundable. Pricing மற்றும் plans காலத்துக்கு காலம் update செய்யப்படலாம்.
12. Suspension & Termination
Fraud, fake documents, suspicious activity, customer complaints, Government/legal notice, cybersecurity threat, payment abuse, data misuse அல்லது terms violation இருந்தால் EazyNet CRM prior notice இல்லாமல் account suspend/restrict/freeze/terminate/blacklist செய்யலாம்.
13. Liability Limitation
Government application rejection, business loss, customer disputes, indirect damages, third-party failures, portal downtime, data delay அல்லது service interruption-க்கு EazyNet CRM பொறுப்பல்ல. எந்த liability இருந்தாலும் அது active billing period-ல் Center paid subscription amount-ஐ மீறாது.
14. Indemnity
Center அல்லது அதன் staff actions காரணமாக வரும் claims, penalties, legal notices, privacy complaints, cyber incidents, customer disputes, fraudulent submissions அல்லது misuse ஆகியவற்றிலிருந்து EazyNet CRM, அதன் owners, staff, vendors மற்றும் affiliates-ஐ பாதுகாக்க Center ஒப்புக்கொள்கிறது.
15. Acceptance
Register/login/subscribe/payment/continued usage செய்வதன் மூலம் Center இந்த Terms & Conditions மற்றும் future updates-ஐ ஏற்றுக்கொள்கிறது.
